PATH's grid cells as well as all its input data (emission, terrain, landuse, etc.) are all based on WGS84 coordinate.

Therefore, all sources and receptors in HK1980 coordinate should be converted to WGS84 coordinate to ensure the locational consistency when extracting meteorological and concentration data from PATH.
